We are organisations that provide services, advocate for rights, and research the journeys and needs of warriors and their loved ones. In 2023, we formed a Coalition and began developing a public policy concept for veterans and their families.
We relied on our own research and consultations with specialists in public administration, lawyers, and government officials. The concept has now been refined and presented to the public.
Veteran Hub
We support warriors and their families throughout their service and as they return to civilian life.
“We provide all our examination findings to the state and the Ministry, so that they are as well-informed as possible when making decisions and developing a comprehensive system of support and recognition for veterans and their families,” says Ivona Kostyna.
Human Rights Centre for Military Personnel and Veterans Pryncyp
We develop and promote systemic solutions to protect service members and veterans.
“In our work, we adhere to the principle of ‘nothing for veterans without veterans’. Therefore, our vision of veteran policy is based on data from dozens of studies conducted over the years of this war,” says Liubov Halan.

Legal Hundred
We defend human rights in the context of military service and develop legal mechanisms to support veterans’ reintegration.
“Our recommendations are shaped by our experience in providing legal assistance to veterans since 2014. We see the bureaucratic chaos that warriors and their families face every day — and we work to change that. We believe that, together with the state, we can build an effective system of support for those who have defended the country,” — Yuliia Morii.
